Dear Andy,
     Just a word of appreciation, which I hope you will pass on to Randy and Terri and all hands at Pinnacle Park Model Homes, for our wonderful Ponderosa 6 cabin and for the treatment we received from you and everyone else during the process of our ordering it,
the construction of the cabin, and its delivery to our site in Jenkins County.
     The cabin itself is perfect, in its design, for our needs. We were pleased at every turn
with your willingness to make modifications in the standard design to make the cabin even more a glove fit for our requirements. The roofing upgrades; the built-in queen-size bed, with its neatly-designed and very useful storage space underneath; the mix of propane
and electric power sources; and the deletion of the usual refrigerator at our request are but a few examples of Pinnacle Park's flexibility in insuring that the cabin was precisely what
we wanted. The full-size shower in the bathroom, the kind of thing one would expect in a very nice apartment, is a genuine delight when we have been hiking or working in our woods all day long.
     The quality of materials, measured in so many different ways--the top-notch cedar siding, the beautiful and sturdy beamed ceiling, the carpeting and double dormer windows in the loft, the quantity of insulating materials in the walls and ceiling, the flooring in the cabin, the locations of, and the materials used in, the windows, to cite some prominent examples--promises to make our cabin a place we will enjoy for many years to come.
     Finally, there are the Pinnacle Park people, whose skills, willingness to help in every way, and pride in the products they have to offer make it easy to understand why our cabin is the outstanding piece of craftsmanship that it is. Every deadline was met and the cabin was actually completed and delivered ahead of your projected schedule, a rare experience these days. This review certainly must include mention of the driver who delivered our cabin to our site in Jenkins County. He, too, was ahead of schedule and was as concerned as we were with seeing that the cabin survived unscathed its final trip down our winding and narrow dirt road to our chosen site.
     This begins to sound fulsome, but, I promise, as an old history professor who had as a key part of his job to assess work coldly and rationally, I am not given to passing out
casual praise to anybody, anytime. You guys are just really good at what you do and, the inevitable result, your cabins are really good, too. We are very proud to own a Pinnacle Park cabin and, if you ever have customers who want to talk to a very happy and satisfied customer, just mention us. Or simply hand them this letter.

Dear Pinnacle Park Homes,

We bought a Pinnacle Park Home for my dad who is retired and put it on our property.
It is nice to know when you get older and need to be close to family that you have that option, but can still maintain your independence. We are very pleased with the cozy
cabin and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a home without having to wait a
long time for it. It is very energy efficient. We have three acres and going to the cabin in
the backyard to visit with dad feels like a getaway somewhere else. We had an unusual snow day on December 11, 2008; it felt like we were in Colorado.
