Park Models Homes are considered recreational vehicles. We often refer to them as destination RV's. They are primarily used for temporary dwellings and are intended to be used for recreational camping and seasonal use. They are built on a single chassis

This will vary depending on the location of the property. Please check your local zoning regulations.

This depends on where it is shipped to. Please call your business development representative for a quote.

With proper maintenance, a quality park model can last 20+ years

Absolutely. We encourage our customers to visit our facility.

One year manufacturer's warranty (some restrictions apply).

11. Do they come with AC/Heat?
This option is available on all homes.

12. Do you have loft models available?
Yes. This is an option that is available on most of our floorplans.

Our homes come standard with R13/19/22

14. Is set up included in the cost of delivery?
No. However, we will do our best to put you in touch with a local company that provides this service

They come standard with appliances, however we do have a furniture option available.
