Yes. Lofts are available as an option on most of our floor plans.

Heating and air condition is available as an option on all Pinnacle Park Homes recreational park homes and cabins.

Pinnacle Park Homes offers a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on all recreational park trailers, park model homes, and cabins that it sells.

Absolutely.  We encourage customers to visit the Pinnacle Park Homes factory to see how we build our park model homes.  You will discover upon visit our plant and several of our competitors’ factories that we build a superior product using the best materials.

Yes.  We offer two bedroom floor plans in our vinyl, fiber cement board, and rustic wood park model home models.

We offer 30, 50, and 100 AMP electrical service on our park model homes.

The standard features of your park model home will depend upon the model and type that you select.  Please refer to the product specifications pages for more information or give one of our business development representatives a call for more information.

The turnaround time will vary depending upon the construction schedule and any custom options that you may choose to order.  Please check with your business development representative to obtain an estimated turnaround time.

With proper care and maintenance, a park model home can last for more than 20 years.

The shipping costs of your park model home will depend primarily on the location to which it is shipped and the distance of that location from the factory.  Please call your business development representative for a shipping quote.

This will vary depending upon the location of the property.  Please check your local zoning regulations, homeowner association rules, and other rules and regulations that govern the types of structures that may be placed upon your private property.

Park model homes are considered recreational vehicles.  We often refer to them as “destination RVs”.  They are primarily used as temporary dwellings and are intended to be used for recreational camping and seasonal use.  They are built on a single chassis.
